Every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. a group
of MFC men serve an awesome breakfast
they’ve prepared with love for those who
arrive between 9 and 9:45 a.m. A
primary goal of this ministry is to
foster an atmosphere for building
relationships among members and
newcomers to the congregation. Our
worship service begins at 10 a.m.
Due to our recent move and construction
still in progress, no other classes take
place on Sunday mornings, and Home
Groups are temporarily on hold while
church members develop relationships as
they work side-by-side on the building.
Because we gather on Sunday mornings
with an expectancy to allow the Holy
Spirit to accomplish His work, we keep
Sunday afternoons and evenings open for
friends and families to build and
develop relationships, unless other
special meetings are planned.
Our men meet on Tuesday morning (5:45
a.m.) and Thursday at lunch (12:00 p.m.)
at 411 Maple Street. Our ladies meet
about once a month to develop
relationships while celebrating the
ladies who have had birthdays that
month. Leaders meet on Friday night.
We finished the
tape series called How to Slap the
Devil and Not Burn Your Hand by
Kevin Leal at the beginning of
September. Participants discovered
how to overcome the Enemy's tactic of
shame with the truth of the Word of God.
Join us on Tuesday
and Thursday nights about 7 p.m. for the
next few weeks for a time of work, fun
and fellowship as we continue working on
our new church home.
